The thickness of the coat changes it most. An uneven wall, wastage and the mix also change it.
- Thickness. A wall that is out of line needs a thicker coat in places.
- Wastage. Plaster that sets in the pan before it is applied is lost.
- The mix. Keep to the water and plaster ratio of the product.
